      Is it a genuine controller?

      Absolutely, and that’s what makes it an excellent travel companion. Although compact, the ATOM+ boasts a complete control layout with dual thumbsticks, triggers, a D-pad, and shoulder buttons. While it may resemble a simplified retro controller meant for 2D platformers, it actually facilitates modern gaming experiences without making you feel deprived.

      CRKD

      One of my favorite features of this controller is that its thumbsticks utilize TMR technology, which stands for Tunnel Magneto-Resistance. In simple terms, this means that instead of involving physical contact among the components, it uses magnetic shifts, resulting in enhanced sensitivity and precision.

      Since there’s no physical contact involved, stick drift is not an issue here. This is an improvement over conventional thumbsticks, and a welcome enhancement.

      What else does it offer?

      The ATOM+ also includes motion controls, vibration feedback, and a rechargeable battery that charges via USB-C. Additionally, it can be linked to the CRKD Companion App for button remapping, firmware updates, and settings adjustments.
