"Bitrix24 introduced its own BitrixGPT AI model for CoPilot
Bitrix24 has introduced a new version of its BitrixGPT 4x AI model designed to automate routine business processes. The model is already available in the boxed version of the product, and in 2025 it is planned to integrate it into cloud portals. According to internal Bitrix24 data, more than 80% of users have used neural networks at least once in their work. At the same time, 57% of portals actively use AI for such tasks as converting calls into text, compiling summary reports and filling out CRM cards. Among the platform's available tools, Chat with CoPilot leads the way with 58% of user activity. Almost half (48%) of portals use this tool at least 15 days a month. The main interest in AI implementation is observed in large companies, where routine operations take up a significant part of time. This is where BitrixGPT is widely used, allowing users to automate daily tasks. For those working in CRM, this means transcribing calls and automatically filling out cards. In tasks - creating checklists and assigning responsibilities. BitrixGPT is currently available only in the Bitrix24 boxed version, but in the future it will become a standard for cloud portals. Users will be able to choose between several language models, including GigaChat and YandexGPT, or connect their own solutions. CoPilot, in which BitrixGPT is integrated, is also used to analyze the efficiency of processes. For example, sales scripts are implemented in the CRM to help managers evaluate conversations with customers and find points for improvement. Such features have already started to be actively used in Russian companies to optimize work with clients and increase productivity. An interesting nuance - CoPilot does not learn from user data and does not save it. All data is deleted immediately after work is completed, which reduces the risk of information leakage. The introduction of BitrixGPT is another step in the development of automation technologies in Russia. However, working with AI requires a careful approach: the more precisely a query is formulated, the higher the quality of the result. Algorithms do not yet replace human expertise, but their use can reduce time spent on routine tasks. With the expansion of BitrixGPT's capabilities and its integration into cloud services, companies have a tool that can significantly simplify many processes.
