Rem3dy Health secures £14 million in funding, achieving a valuation of £84 million, with plans to expand its 3D-printed personalized vitamins internationally.
TL;DR: Rem3dy Health has secured £14 million at an £84 million valuation from a collection of global strategic investors, including Suntory, Apollo Hospitals, Estrella Galicia, and UPSA, to enhance its Nourished vitamin brand on a global scale.
Birmingham-based Rem3dy Health, the company behind the personalised vitamin brand Nourished, has raised £14 million at an £84 million valuation in a funding round supported by various international strategic investors. Leading the round is the Japanese beverage and wellness company Suntory, along with Spanish brewing conglomerate Estrella Galicia, Indian healthcare provider Apollo Hospitals, and French pharmaceutical firm UPSA. Future Planet Capital Regional, which oversees the West Midlands Co-Investment Fund, also took part in the funding.
The company intends to use the raised capital to expand into the US, the MENA region, and India, while also looking to develop personalised health solutions for pets. Rem3dy Health already markets Nourished products in Boots, Holland & Barrett, and over 12,000 pharmacies throughout Europe, utilizing 3D printing technology that has resulted in patent filings growing at eight times the industry average. Since its launch in 2020, the firm claims to have sold more than 53 million units.
Founded in 2019 by Melissa Snover, a registered nutritionist and serial entrepreneur, Rem3dy Health employs patented 3D printing techniques to create seven-layer vegan gummy stacks tailored to individual health objectives. Customers fill out a questionnaire, and an algorithm suggests a combination of nutrients from what the company describes as over 10 million potential configurations. The gummies are printed on demand at the company's facility, which Snover indicates can manufacture 500,000 units daily.
"Securing this funding is a significant achievement for us," Snover stated. "After a year of notable transformation and navigating one of the most challenging fundraising landscapes in recent times, we are well-positioned to scale on a global level." Prior to this round, the company had raised approximately £19 million through earlier funding rounds, according to VoxelMatters, making this its largest fundraising effort to date.
The diverse range of investors highlights increasing interest across sectors in personalised nutrition, an area that has garnered attention from both strategic investors and athletes. Apollo Hospitals operates over 70 hospitals and 6,000 pharmacies in India, providing Rem3dy Health with a potential distribution partner in one of its target markets. Estrella Galicia's involvement indicates the Spanish firm’s intention to explore opportunities beyond its primary brewing and food sectors into health-related areas.
Rupert Lyle, Investment Director at Future Planet Capital Regional and Fund Principal of the West Midlands Co-Investment Fund, commented that the funding round reflects the company's growth trajectory. "When we first invested in Rem3dy, it was evident they were creating a remarkably disruptive brand and technology capable of transforming the global wellness industry," Lyle remarked. Future Planet Capital Regional had previously invested £500,000 in Rem3dy Health in September 2025 via the West Midlands Co-Investment Fund, a £25 million initiative jointly supported by the West Midlands Combined Authority and the West Midlands Pension Fund.
This funding round aligns with a larger trend of investor enthusiasm for companies that merge data, personalisation, and technology to deliver health services at scale. As Rem3dy Health enters markets with stricter regulatory scrutiny of health claims, it will need to clarify whether its 3D-printed gummies represent a real advancement in nutritional science or merely a effectively marketed wellness product.
