Corsair has integrated the essence of the Elgato Stream Deck into a shortcut key on its Nightsword v2 mouse.
Corsair has introduced the Nightsword v2 Wireless SD Stream Deck gaming mouse, a right-handed wireless mouse featuring a dedicated launch button for the Stream Deck, at Computex 2026.
The integration with Stream Deck is developed internally rather than through a third-party partnership, as Corsair owns Elgato. This feature allows direct access to Elgato's shortcut system from the mouse, enabling gamers, streamers, and creators to activate app, gaming, and workflow controls without the need for a separate desktop panel.
Stream Deck controls are now within easy reach
The Nightsword v2 Wireless SD is recognized within the Stream Deck application. After connecting, users can assign Stream Deck functions to the mouse buttons and access Virtual Stream Deck menus via the dedicated Launch Button.

Once configured in the Stream Deck app, users can set shortcuts for Discord, microphone adjustments, audio levels, game starts, app switching, or multi-step commands. In gaming scenarios, these shortcuts can facilitate commands, emotes, or repetitive actions. For streaming or productivity, they can minimize the clicks required to mute a microphone, launch a tool, or navigate between frequently used applications.
The mouse also provides access to plugins and profiles via the Elgato Marketplace, allowing users to create app-specific controls instead of relying solely on basic button remapping.
The mouse boasts impressive gaming hardware
While the Stream Deck button is a notable feature, the Nightsword v2 Wireless SD is designed as a high-performance gaming mouse. It features a right-handed ergonomic design, a sculpted thumb rest, 11 buttons, and three-zone RGB lighting, weighing in at 89 grams.
Corsair has equipped it with its Marksman S optical sensor, offering DPI adjustments ranging from 100 to 33,000 in 1-DPI increments. The primary buttons utilize optical switches that can handle up to 100 million clicks, and the mouse supports a polling rate of 8,000Hz.

For connectivity, the mouse offers 2.4GHz wireless, Bluetooth 5.2 + LE, and wired USB options. Battery life is estimated at up to 170 hours over 2.4GHz with RGB lighting off at 1,000Hz polling, or up to 47 hours at 8,000Hz polling. With lighting activated, Corsair claims up to 42 hours at 1,000Hz and 25.5 hours at 8,000Hz. The Bluetooth battery life is listed at up to 164 hours without backlighting.
The Nightsword v2 Wireless SD is priced at $129.99 and is currently available on the brand’s official website.
