Audible Rewards has officially launched in the US as a complimentary loyalty program for Standard and Premium members.
If you find yourself spending a significant amount of your day listening to audiobooks, Audible aims to reward you for it. The company has introduced Audible Rewards, a new initiative that transforms your regular listening habits into benefits, discounts, and exclusive rewards.
Joining is free through the Audible app, website, or Amazon.com, and it's accessible to both Standard and Premium plan members in the US starting today on iOS, Android, and web platforms.
How Audible Rewards benefits you
The program operates through several earning methods that accumulate over time. Listening Day Rewards allows you to build up listening days by engaging for at least five minutes daily, with milestone discounts becoming available along the way. The days do not have to be consecutive, allowing you to progress at your own pace.
Additionally, there's a Spend 3 Credits, Get 1 Free offer for members who enjoy building their library. If you refer three friends to Audible, you will receive a $15 reward, and each friend who signs up will be credited with $5. Every year, Audible also gifts a free credit or voucher as a thank-you for your continued membership.
Challenges and rewards that add excitement
In addition to everyday rewards, Audible Rewards features gamified challenges to maintain interest. The Multi-Title Challenge offers achievement badges at three levels: Engaged, Enthusiastic, and Dedicated, based on whether you complete three, four, or five titles within four months.
At launch, there’s also a Harry Potter series challenge where finishing all seven Full-Cast Audio Editions earns you a special collectible badge. Long-time members who join within the first six months of the program receive a bonus discount for a future title.
You can monitor all your progress through the Rewards Hub in the app. The program is slated to expand internationally in 2027. Audible has been broadening its offerings recently, and if you haven't seen it, you can now stream Audible's top podcasts directly from Apple Podcasts.
