      The worldwide launch of the Xiaomi 15 Ultra is just around the corner. Today, the phone’s Chinese variant was revealed, confirming several recent rumors that are likely to be reflected in the international model.

      The Xiaomi 15 Ultra is powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. The announced configurations offer options of 12GB or 16GB of RAM, alongside storage capacities of 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB.

      It comes with a 6.73-inch WQHD+ (3200 x 1440) LTPO AMOLED flat display, which features a quad micro-curved design protected by curved glass. The display has an adaptive refresh rate between 1 and 120Hz, reaching a peak brightness of 3,200 nits, while the phone retains a flat frame.

      The Xiaomi 15 Ultra is equipped with a 6,000mAh battery that supports 90W wired charging, 80W wireless charging, and 18W reverse wireless charging.

      The phone's most notable feature is its prominent camera module on the back, which has garnered significant attention in rumors. This system consists of four cameras: three 50-megapixel sensors and one 200-megapixel sensor.

      The main 50-megapixel camera features a 1-inch Sony sensor, an aperture of f/1.63, and optical image stabilization (OIS). The second 50-megapixel camera serves as a telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom and a 70mm focal length, also equipped with OIS.

      The third 50-megapixel camera is an ultra-wide lens with an aperture of f/2.2 and a 115-degree field of view. Lastly, the 200-megapixel telephoto camera employs a periscope design, with a 1/1.4-inch sensor and an aperture of f/2.6. On the front, there is a 32-megapixel selfie camera.

      The Chinese version of the Xiaomi 15 Ultra will be available in four color combinations: Black, White, Chrome, and Green/Silver. The Chrome variant features a combination of metallic and black colors with black vegan leather, while the Green/Silver option incorporates green vegan leather.

      The international version of the Xiaomi 15 Ultra is expected to maintain most of its specifications, although some differences may arise. These could involve changes in color options, battery specifications, and other features.

      The global Xiaomi 15 Ultra will be officially unveiled on Sunday, March 2, during MWC 2025 in Barcelona, Spain. At this event, details regarding the phone’s international pricing and release dates will be revealed.
