This combination should effectively handle AAA games at 1080p, even without a dedicated GPU.

      However, the standout feature is the staggering 192GB of LPDDR5x RAM. Framework claims that this amount of memory enables running substantial models like DeepSeek V4 Flash locally, with extra capacity for context length. There’s also a PCIe x4 slot available for larger cards. In terms of software, you can opt for Windows or choose a version that comes pre-installed with Linux.

      As an added bonus, Framework showcased a proof of concept where two of these desktops were connected via 50GbE networking cards. This allowed for pooling 384GB of memory across both units, an impressive feat for such a compact design.

      Framework has indicated that 192GB of RAM will come at a significant price increase compared to current models. For reference, the existing 128GB version featuring the Ryzen AI Max+ 395 is priced at $3,449, a jump from the initial launch price of $1,999 back in February 2025, driven by rising RAM and storage expenses.
