Asus Zenbook A14 and A16 are now available for purchase in the US

ASUS has officially launched its new Zenbook A14 and Zenbook A16 in the US, adding two sleek laptops to its Copilot+ PC lineup that are powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon X2 platform.

The Zenbook A16 stands out as the flagship model in the latest A series, with ASUS claiming it is the fastest laptop currently utilizing Snapdragon technology. In contrast, the A14 offers more portability with comparable specifications and features to its larger counterpart.

Zenbook A16: Superior in size and performance

The Zenbook A16 is equipped with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon X2 Elite Extreme processor, delivering up to 80 TOPS of NNPU performance. ASUS markets this model as a robust Snapdragon-powered laptop, featuring a 16-inch ASUS Lumina OLED display with a 3K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.

Additional features include six speakers, up to 48GB of LPDDR5X RAM, 1TB of PCIe 4.0 SSD storage, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, an FHD IR camera, HDMI 2.1, dual USB 4 Type-C ports, USB-A, a headphone jack, and an SD card slot. The Zenbook A16 also reintroduces the Ceraluminum design for a premium texture, weighing approximately 2.65lb (around 1.2kg).

This model is priced starting at $1,699.99 in the US, with availability through Best Buy and the official ASUS store in mid-Q2 2026.

Zenbook A14: More portable and affordable

The Zenbook A14 is the lighter alternative of the two. ASUS states that it weighs just 2.18 pounds (about 0.98kg) while still using the Snapdragon X2 Elite platform with an NPU performance of up to 80 TOPS, promising over 33 hours of battery life and 50% charge in 30 minutes. In the US, it has a starting price of $1,349.99 and is currently available at both Best Buy and the ASUS Store.

ASUS emphasizes its Ceraluminum branding for both models, describing it as a proprietary material that merges the sensation of ceramic with the resilience of aluminum. The company notes that this design philosophy is now evident across the broader Zenbook series.
