Nike's latest slide feels like a spa day for your feet.
Nike and Hyperice have created a slide that heats and vibrates to rejuvenate your feet.
Nike has once again collaborated with Hyperice, this time producing a product that resembles a wellness device more than a traditional shoe. Introducing the Nike Air Zoom Hyperslide, a slide designed not just for lounging but for aiding in recovery after exercise, travel, or a long day of being on your feet.
What is the Nike Hyperslide?
Essentially, this is a recovery slide. Nike provides comfort with its low-profile Air Zoom cushioning, while a Hyperice pod integrated into the strap facilitates recovery. This pod warms and gently vibrates the top of your foot.

It helps alleviate tight muscles and reduce soreness following a demanding workout or a tiring day. This is the second creation from the Nike and Hyperice collaboration, following last year's Hyperboot, indicating a strong focus from both brands on integrating recovery into daily life.
How does the heat and vibration function?
The pod is magnetic and detachable, featuring three heat settings that can reach up to 117°F, as well as three vibration intensities. Each session lasts a convenient 15 minutes, and you can manage everything through the pod or the Hyperice app for precise control.

“Athletes put everything into their sport, and recovery must match that intensity,” stated Tobie Hatfield, Nike’s Senior Director of Athlete Innovation. He emphasized that the slide is designed to initiate recovery the moment it is activated.
Nike athlete Virgil van Dijk shared this view, expressing that the combination of Hyperice’s heat and vibration with Nike’s cushioning makes his feet feel ready for action again.
When can you purchase one?
The Nike Air Zoom Hyperslide will be available on September 29 at nike.com, hyperice.com, and select retailers globally. If your feet are in need of some relief, this could be the perfect solution.

Microsoft aims for AI to preemptively catch hackers.
Red team, blue team, green team: Microsoft has equipped its AI with a comprehensive security task force.
As AI now possesses the ability to generate exploits and execute attacks at machine speed, security tools intended for a slower, human-centered environment are beginning to feel outdated. Microsoft believes it has a solution and is calling it Project Perception.
So what is Project Perception?
If you shared a Claude chat, Google may have accessed it too.
Links to public chats were indexed by Google, potentially revealing confidential information exchanged with the AI.
If you’ve ever shared a Claude conversation via a public link, it may be wise to review your privacy settings. Recently, users found that publicly shared Claude chats and Artifacts were searchable on Google and other search engines using queries like site:claude.ai/share. The indexed material included sensitive information such as resumes, business documents, API keys, health data, and private conversations that users likely did not expect to be publicly available.
How did this transpire?
The AI-savvy younger generation is even relying on chatbots for face-to-face conversations.
From pickup lines to confrontational emails, here's how young adults are utilizing AI to navigate their social interactions, and why psychologists caution that this could be a hazardous trend.
I have certainly rehearsed messages in my head before sending, particularly with lengthy emails filled with technical jargon and courteous language. However, when it comes to face-to-face conversations, outsourcing to an AI chatbot has never crossed my mind. Surprisingly, an entire generation has chosen to let AI handle their dialogue (via The Wall Street Journal).
