TechEx Europe 2026: eight events, 8,000 technology leaders, a unified enterprise agenda.

TechEx Europe 2026: eight events, 8,000 technology leaders, a unified enterprise agenda.

Most large organizations have now secured approval for their AI budgets and outlined their transformation roadmaps. The more challenging issue is what actually makes it to production. This gap between strategy and execution is the central theme of TechEx Europe 2026, taking place on October 19 and 20 at the RAI Amsterdam, which will bring together senior enterprise technology leaders from across Europe to focus on execution.

TechEx comprises eight co-located events accessible with a single pass, covering areas such as AI and Big Data, Cyber Security and Cloud, Digital Transformation, Intelligent Automation, IoT Tech, Edge Computing, Data Centres, and a new Physical AI Expo.

This year’s addition of the Physical AI track is significant as it represents the transition of machine learning from screens to robotics, autonomous systems, and sensor-driven environments. A single ticket grants access to all eight events, demonstrating how interconnected these fields are in practice: implementing AI also involves data issues, security challenges, and ultimately, considerations about computational resources.

The agenda emphasizes voices of those with real experience, featuring practitioner-led sessions, technical case studies, and architectural discussions from teams engaged in actual deployments. Organisers anticipate an attendance of over 8,000 professionals and more than 200 speakers from notable companies such as Coca-Cola, Citi, Google, Unilever, IKEA, Booking.com, Nestlé, Lloyds Banking Group, ING, Santander, Michelin, and Heineken.

The targeted audience includes individuals responsible for outcomes: CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, chief data officers, enterprise architects, heads of engineering, as well as AI and transformation leads. The value lies in sharing how peers address similar challenges, from upgrading data platforms to expanding automation across multiple locations, focusing on specifics often omitted by vendor pitches.

More than 200 solution providers will showcase their offerings alongside the conference, including NTT DATA, Langley Holdings, Henkel Adhesive Technologies, and Overhaul, allowing attendees to explore platforms and implementation partners relevant to their own environments.

The timing is apt as European enterprises face challenges with AI adoption, stricter cybersecurity mandates, the economics of data and computing locations, and regulations that classify these issues under governance rather than merely IT management.

Bringing together data, security, and infrastructure leaders under one roof indicates the interconnectedness of these challenges. While strategies are largely aligned, the ongoing difficulty is in their execution, which TechEx aims to address this October.
