HP and Ferrari created a stunning red laptop that I can't take my eyes off.
HP has teamed up with Ferrari to create a special edition laptop that draws inspiration from the car manufacturer’s racing heritage. This collaboration has produced the HP Limited Edition Scuderia Ferrari AI PC, which features a striking red finish typical of Ferrari. When you open the laptop, you'll notice a glass lid with over 2,000 micro-holes for improved airflow, a design that takes after the open engine bay seen in Ferrari vehicles.
What is this device all about?

Naturally, there are several design elements inspired by Ferrari’s luxurious sports cars. For instance, a light bar is positioned just above the haptic trackpad, and the keyboard backlight shines in a red hue reminiscent of Ferrari's control panels. The underside features a glass window set on a carbon fiber-like cover, allowing a glimpse of the internal components, including two fans and heat sinks.

This laptop is not intended for the mass market. In fact, HP is producing only 4,999 units of the HP Limited Edition Scuderia Ferrari AI PC, each featuring a distinct identifier number on the back. The specs include a 14-inch 3K tandem OLED touchscreen with a 120 Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 700 nits. It is powered by Intel’s Core Ultra X7 processor and comes with an impressive 64 GB of RAM. This Copilot+ PC can provide 180 TOPS of AI capabilities and includes a dedicated Copilot key.
HP
This is not the first instance of an automobile brand collaborating with a tech company to create special edition laptops. Ferrari has previously partnered with Acer in 2009 for the Ferrari One laptop, and similar collaborations have occurred between Asus and Lamborghini, as well as MSI with Mercedes-AMG for one of its Stealth 16 laptops.
What else?
HP
The laptop offers a satisfactory port selection, featuring four ports in total: an HDMI 2.1 port, two Thunderbolt ports on the left side, a USB-C port with DisplayPort 1.4 output, and a USB-A port alongside a 3.5 mm headphone/audio combo jack and a Kensington security lock. This truly is a unique offering.
HP
HP states clearly that this laptop is being produced in a limited batch and, once sold out, will not be restocked. As for availability, the HP Limited Edition Scuderia Ferrari AI PC will be sold in only nine countries, including the U.S., UK, Australia, Japan, and several European nations. Additionally, it will only be available through HP’s website, not in physical stores.

The price of the HP Limited Edition Scuderia Ferrari AI PC is set at $5,599, with sales beginning on June 12th in the U.S. While the price is quite steep given the specifications, it includes several exclusive items, such as a Poltrona Frau leather sleeve used in Ferrari’s sports cars and custom wallpapers.
