On May 29, 2026, Dell introduced a series of new laptops, just days before Computex 2026 begins in Taipei on June 2. Notably, nearly every flagship model in this new lineup includes optional 5G cellular connectivity.

This capability, which has typically been offered only in ultraportable or enterprise-level devices, signals that Dell sees always-connected laptops as a mainstream requirement.
