There’s also speculation about a high-performance “Ultra” core operating at approximately 4.11GHz, complemented by several “Pro” cores at 3.38GHz, aiming for enhanced overall performance.

      However, not all news is encouraging.

      Improvements with the Tensor G6

      Historically, Google's Tensor chips have not matched up to the CPU performance of Qualcomm and Apple. Therefore, emphasizing performance with the new ARM cores could enable the upcoming Google mobile application processor to narrow that gap. Additionally, more extensive enhancements are anticipated for the Tensor G6. A significant advancement is the transition to TSMC's cutting-edge manufacturing process. The forthcoming chip might utilize the 2nm process, potentially resulting in greater efficiency, enhanced thermal performance, and improved battery life.
