      The brand Nothing, which loves to create transparent devices, has brought two new products to Russia. The smartphone Phone (4a) and large headphones Headphone (a) are now on sale. As usual, the main features here are the design that allows you to observe the rich inner world of the devices, and the attempt to combine hardware with artificial intelligence.

      The new Phone (4a) is again transparent, but now with aluminum inserts. To leave no doubt about who created this wonder, the logo is prominently displayed on the back. The color options are classic black and white, along with unexpected pink and blue.       The main feature of the smartphone is the Glyph Bar light strip, which actually consists of 63 small bulbs. It flashes when you receive calls, shows the charging status, or indicates video recording.

      Cameras, chip, and other "hardware"

      The smartphone has three cameras. The main one is a 50-megapixel camera from Samsung that can capture stabilized images, alongside a wide-angle and macro lens. The latter allows you to zoom in 3.5 times without losing quality, and if you're not afraid of digital noise, up to 70 times.       The screen measures 6.78 inches diagonally, is bright (up to 4500 nits, if the documents are to be believed), and has a smooth refresh rate of up to 120 Hz. Inside, the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor works diligently, and the RAM can be as much as 20 gigabytes if you borrow some from the permanent storage. The 5080 mAh battery lasts about 17 hours with regular use, and the 50-watt fast charging can fill the phone to 60% in about half an hour.

      All of this is managed by Android 16 with the Nothing OS 4.1 interface. It has trendy artificial intelligence built-in, an Essential Space note storage, and a voice assistant that turns your words into text.

      The ears are also in play

      Along with the phone, large headphones Headphone (a) were also showcased. They are also semi-transparent, with color options of pink, yellow, black, and white.       The headphones feature active noise cancellation with multiple microphones, and there is even a transparency mode to not miss announcements in the subway or the calls of your pets. There are enough buttons on the headphones so you don't have to reach for your phone unnecessarily. The headphones have a roller for volume control, track switches, and a separate button for everything else. In the Nothing X app, you can adjust the equalizer and connect the headphones to two devices simultaneously. The headphones last an unreasonably long time. Without noise cancellation, they can play for up to 135 hours, and with it, up to 75. And if you're in a pinch, a five-minute quick charge will give you another 8 hours of life.

      Nothing Phone (4a) and Headphone (a) will soon be available for sale in Russia and will be accessible on marketplaces.
