The next update for Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket will include that highly muscular bug.
The Pokémon Company is set to release a significant update for Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket on Thursday, May 29. This update will introduce a new booster pack called Extradimensional Crisis, featuring Ultra Beasts from Pokémon Sun and Moon.
Since its launch last year, Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket has seen consistent updates. The latest update introduced two Celestial Guardians booster packs, bringing creatures from the Alola region into the game. With Extradimensional Crisis, additional missing monsters will be included in the card pool.
A major highlight of this update is the inclusion of Ultra Beasts, a unique set of Pokémon exclusive to the Sun and Moon games. Players will be able to battle with some of the most unusual and oddly named Pokémon, such as Buzzwole and Guzzlord. Type: Null will also receive its own card, introducing a rather distinctive legendary Pokémon into the game.
The update will also feature more Alolan Pokémon, including new EX cards. A newly released trailer showcases many of these new cards, including Tapu Koko EX.
Additionally, the shop will receive new collectibles as part of the update. An Ultra Beast binder cover will be available for purchase using shop tickets. Moreover, players can obtain a floral display board by participating in a new Wonder Pick event scheduled from June 11 to June 28.
This serves as a reminder: start saving your hourglasses now. If you’re like me, you may want to make some 10 pack pulls early to expand your collection. Don't forget to engage in single-player battles for valuable rewards if you're short on resources. Monthly hourglass packs will be refreshed in the shop at the end of May, so be sure to collect as many as possible now.
