NYT Strands today: clues, spangram, and solutions for Thursday, May 15.
Strands is a new daily puzzle introduced by the New York Times. It offers a more challenging version of the traditional word search, requiring sharp observation skills to solve. Similar to games like Wordle, Connections, and the Mini Crossword, Strands may be difficult on certain days, and it’s perfectly fine to seek assistance when needed. If you're looking for today's Strands puzzle answers, you can find the resolved puzzle below.
How to Play Strands
Each Strands puzzle begins with the aim of uncovering the “theme words” concealed within the letter grid. You interact with the letters by dragging or tapping to form words; confirm your selection by double-tapping the last letter. When you identify the correct word, it will be highlighted in blue and will no longer be available for selection.
If you discover a word that doesn't fit the theme, it can still be beneficial! For every three non-theme words you find that are at least four letters long, you'll receive a hint — one letter of a theme word will be revealed, and you'll need to unscramble it.
All letters in the grid contribute to forming the theme words, with no overlaps. Each letter is used exactly once.
Each puzzle features one “spangram,” a specific theme word (or words) that pertains to the puzzle’s theme and connects two opposite sides of the grid. When the spangram is found, it is marked in yellow.
The objective is to solve the puzzle quickly while minimizing the use of hints.

Once a PlayStation exclusive, Death Stranding is arriving on Game Pass next week.
505 Games has announced that Death Stranding will be available on PC Game Pass starting August 23. The publisher confirmed that the version offered through the subscription service is the original 2019 game, not the Director's Cut.
The game will feature ultrawide support, a photo mode, and high frame rates. 505 Games also noted that there will be crossover content, presumably related to collaborations with Half-Life and Cyberpunk 2077. Additionally, players can unlock various items.
