Playing Pokémon TCG Pocket involves more than just defeating your friends or creating the perfect deck; there are several missions to accomplish along the way. While the game features a variety of standard missions for players, it also includes many secret missions that can only be revealed upon completion.
Upon finishing these missions, you can expect to receive a considerable amount of rewards. Each new booster pack that is introduced also brings new secret missions to uncover. Unlike simple tasks such as logging in or winning matches, these missions will require more time and effort, and without this guide, you won't know what needs to be done to fulfill them.
All Genetic Apex Secret Missions in Pokémon TCG Pocket
To complete all of the secret missions in Pokémon TCG Pocket, you'll need to gather specific types of cards from designated groups. Presently, there are seven secret missions available for players, but future updates and Booster Packs are likely to add more.
Genetic Apex Museum 1 (Charizard)

This mission consists of three Genetic Apex Museum secret tasks, all revolving around obtaining unique illustration cards. These eight full-art cards can only be found in the Charizard Booster Pack.
Completing this mission will reward you with 12 Pack Hourglasses, 36 Wonder Hourglasses, and 10 Shop Tickets.
The cards include:
- Lapras
- Meowth
- Alakazam
- Rapidash
- Charmander
- Gloom
- Slowpoke
- Pinsir
Genetic Apex Museum 2 (Mewtwo)

In this second Genetic Apex Museum mission, you need to acquire all eight full-art cards from the Mewtwo Booster Pack. As with the previous mission, special ex Immersive Cards are excluded.
Your rewards for this mission are the same: 12 Pack Hourglasses, 36 Wonder Hourglasses, and 10 Shop Tickets.

- Ditto
- Golbat
- Cubone
- Pidgeot
- Dragonite
- Weezing
- Porygon
Genetic Apex Museum 3 (Pikachu)

As you may have inferred, the final Genetic Apex Museum secret mission requires you to collect all eight illustration cards from the Pikachu Booster Pack.
Like the preceding missions, completing this will yield 12 Pack Hourglasses, 36 Wonder Hourglasses, and 10 Shop Tickets.

- Nidoking
- Nidoqueen
- Eevee
- Squirtle
- Diglett
- Gyarados
- Snorlax
Complete the Kanto Pokédex!
To finish this mission, you need to collect one card for every Pokémon within the Kanto region. This is the toughest secret mission so far, requiring a total of 150 cards. It's not 151 because Mew is the reward for completing this mission and isn't found in any pack. The best way to keep track is to ensure you have all of the first 150 Pokémon from Generation 1.
The Immersive 4

You can accomplish The Immersive 4 mission by gathering all four of the three-star Immersive Cards, which feature their own animations. The special Mew card is a reward from another mission.
For successfully completing this challenging mission, you’ll earn 12 Pack Hourglasses, 48 Wonder Hourglasses, and 20 Shop Tickets.

- Charizard ex (Charizard Genetic Apex pack)
- Pikachu ex (Pikachu Genetic Apex pack)
- Mewtwo ex (Mewtwo Genetic Apex pack)
- Mew (reward from the Complete the Kanto Pokedex! mission)
The Gym Leader of the Kanto Region 2

For this secret mission, you need to collect all eight full illustration cards for every gym leader Supporter card. Although The Gym Leaders of the Kanto Region is a regular mission, this sequel is classified as a secret mission.
Rewards for completing this mission include 12 Pack Hourglasses, 48 Wonder Hourglasses, and 10 Shop Tickets.
