Additionally, Sony will hold a State of Play at 2 PM PT tomorrow that will focus entirely on the new game.
The announcement on social media stated that the State of Play will begin at 2 PM PT/5 PM ET and will showcase "over 20 minutes of new weapons, abilities, missions, and more." Although Gearbox Software did not specify why the release was moved up, they mentioned that the change came after "careful consideration" and "numerous meetings, playtesting, and remarkable development efforts."
