The enigmatic Predator film is no longer a mystery. 20th Century Studios has unveiled the first trailer and Hulu debut date for Predator: Killer of Killers, a fresh animated installment in the Predator series.
Predator: Killer of Killers is an anthology film featuring the Predator facing off against three of history's most formidable warriors. According to the logline, these warriors comprise “a Viking raider leading her young son on a bloody quest for vengeance; a ninja during feudal Japan who turns against his Samurai brother in a fierce succession battle; and a WWII pilot who takes to the skies to confront an extraterrestrial threat to the Allied forces.”
While these warriors are capable killers, they have never encountered an adversary quite like their new foe, “the ultimate killer of killers.”

Dan Trachtenberg directs Predator: Killer of Killers, alongside The Third Floor’s Josh Wassung. The screenplay is by Micho Robert Rutare, based on a story he co-wrote with Trachtenberg.
Trachtenberg has emerged as a key creative force in the Predator franchise. In 2022, he directed Prey, a Predator film set in the Great Plains during the 1700s. The thriller focuses on Naru (Amber Midthunder), a young Comanche who battles on two fronts: one against French colonizers and another against a Predator. Prey premiered exclusively on Hulu and achieved significant success, receiving numerous Emmy nominations, including Outstanding Television Movie.
Predator: Killer of Killers is the film that Trachtenberg and the studio had hinted at. Killer of Killers is also the first in a pair of Predator movies slated for release in 2025. Later this year, Elle Fanning stars in Predator: Badlands, a new live-action film directed by Trachtenberg, which is set to hit theaters on November 7, 2025.
Predator: Killer of Killers will begin streaming on Hulu on June 6, 2025.

Ventress has experienced both sides of the conflict, having been a Jedi Padawan and then an assassin for Count Dooku. She aspired to become a Sith and battled numerous Jedi during the Clone Wars, including Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker. After Dooku's attempt on her life, Ventress escaped and reconnected with the Nightsister clan to devise a revenge plan. In the series, she finds herself as a bounty hunter on the run, no longer aligned with the Sith or the Jedi.
Bane is recognized as a leading bounty hunter during the Clone Wars. He is a ruthless figure with a quick draw and the ability to escape from any predicament. In a confrontation, Bane faces a former ally now serving as a marshal.
Someone tells Bane, "This revenge, I hope it was worth it," and the bounty hunter replies, "It will be."
