      Samsung’s eagerly awaited Galaxy S25 Edge is set to debut in the upcoming weeks. However, according to leaker Ice Universe, the device will initially only be available in South Korea and China.

      Samsung teased the Galaxy S25 Edge at the MWC Barcelona conference in January, and it was already anticipated to be in limited supply. A report last month indicated that only 40,000 units would be ready for launch. In comparison, Samsung sold 1 million standard Galaxy S25 units in Korea within the first 21 days of its release. Nevertheless, a report from SamMobile suggests that Samsung intends to produce up to 3 million Galaxy S25 Edge units, indicating that a global release will take place sooner rather than later.

      The Galaxy S25 Edge is expected to rival the iPhone 17 Air, which is also set for release later this year. This Samsung model may emerge as one of the thinnest smartphones on the market, potentially featuring a ceramic rear panel for increased durability. Speculation points to a 6.656-inch display and significant camera enhancements, with some reports claiming a 200-megapixel primary camera.

      Similar to other models in the Galaxy S25 series, the S25 Edge is likely to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip.

Despite its slim profile, it will maintain a 6.7-inch display, matching the screen size of the S25 Plus but featuring narrower bezels akin to those on the S25 Ultra.
