Andor is exploring new horizons. As season 2 is set to premiere next month, season 1 of Andor is currently streaming on Hulu. Furthermore, the initial three episodes of season 1 can now be watched for free on Disney+’s YouTube channel.
On Thursday, March 13, Andor showrunner Tony Gilroy, along with select cast members, will participate in a special retrospective on the first season. Fans can look forward to the Andor team revisiting pivotal moments from the first season while also previewing the upcoming final set of episodes. This special event will be streamed live and simulcast at 3 p.m. ET/12 p.m. PT across the Star Wars, Disney+, Lucasfilm, and Hulu YouTube channels.

Fans can catch a sneak peek of the live stream by watching a 14-minute recap of season 1 available on the Star Wars YouTube channel. “Season 1 is really significant,” Gilroy stated to StarWars.com. “It’s difficult to imagine that this won’t be the most important project I’ve ever worked on, due to its scale.”

Created by Gilroy, Andor serves as a prequel to Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, providing the origin story for Cassian Andor (Diego Luna), a petty thief who evolves into an unlikely hero for the Rebellion. The series is set five years prior to the events of Rogue One. Season 2 will cover the four years leading up to Rogue One, with each trio of episodes corresponding to 12 months.
Alongside Luna, Andor season 2 features Stellan Skarsgård, Genevieve O’Reilly, Denise Gough, Kyle Soller, Adria Arjona, Faye Marsay, Varada Sethu, Elizabeth Dulau, Alan Tudyk, Ben Mendelsohn, and Forest Whitaker.
Season 2 of Andor consists of 12 episodes, organized into four chapters of three episodes each. The first three episodes are set to stream on Disney+ on April 22, 2025.

Squid Game season 3 will premiere on June 27 and marks the series' third and final chapter. It will pick up after the dramatic events of season 2's finale, culminating in a violent showdown between Gi-hun (Lee Jung-jae) and the Front Man (Lee Byung-hun).
After a three-year break, Squid Game season 2 debuted on Netflix on December 26, 2024, quickly becoming the platform's second-most-watched non-English TV series, following the first season of Squid Game.
Stranger Things season 5 recently completed production after a yearlong filming process. The Duffer Brothers, present at the Netflix event, stated, "This is our most expansive and ambitious season yet. Simultaneously, we believe it’s our most personal story. Filming it was incredibly intense and emotional—for us and for our actors.”
