      Fantasy games have largely focused on medieval European settings, Norse mythologies, and inspirations from Japan. However, 1001 Threads of Mizan takes a unique approach. MBC Game Studio’s first action game draws significantly from Arabic legends and the tales of One Thousand and One Nights, enveloping this inspiration in a beautifully designed fantasy environment. Honestly, it’s refreshing to see someone finally delve into this aspect of fantasy on such a grand scale.

      The game’s universe is filled with deserts, fantastical structures, mythical beasts, and colossal bosses, but what really stood out to me was its overall visual style. Unlike many fantasy games that merely replace European castles with Middle Eastern-esque designs, Mizan seems to integrate its Arabic influences into the very essence of the world.
