Pixel 11 features the new Tensor G6 chip
Starting with the phone that will appeal to most buyers, the base Pixel 11 is priced at $899 and comes in Frost, Obsidian, Pistachio, and Hibiscus. While the overall design remains unchanged, the front bezels are noticeably slimmer and the horizontal camera bar on the back is approximately 40% thinner.
The baseline Pixel 11 includes the new Tensor G6 (2nm) SoC, with 12GB of RAM and options for up to 512GB of storage. Google claims this chipset provides up to 25% faster browsing, 15% quicker app loads, and a 50% faster TPU for on-device AI tasks. In terms of camera capabilities, the device now has a new 48MP primary sensor with a larger sensor size (1/1.56” vs. 1/2”) allowing it to gather 56% more light.

The telephoto and ultrawide cameras remain unchanged from last year, although the maximum zoom has been increased to 30x. With a 4,985 mAh battery, the Pixel 11 is rated for over 30 hours of battery life. It can be charged up to 55% in approximately 30 minutes using a 30W USB-C PPS adapter and supports Pixelsnap charging at 25W, a first for a non-Pro Pixel.
Pixel 11 Pro models introduce new camera sensors and HiLight feature
Google continues the two-size strategy for the Pro models: 6.3-inch and 6.8-inch. A new all-matte Obsidian finish joins the existing colors of Canyon, Fog, and Olive.

In terms of screen size, both models come with a Super Actua panel that now reaches a peak brightness of 3,600 nits. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2, which is twice as scratch-resistant as the predecessor on the Pixel 10 Pro.
The Pro models also feature HiLight, an RGB LED light surrounding the LED flash module that illuminates for Gemini interactions and incoming calls from specific contacts. Similar to the standard Pixel 11, the Pixel 11 Pro models are equipped with the new Tensor G6 chipset, paired with either 12GB of RAM for the 256GB version and 16GB of RAM for 512GB and 1TB variants.

For photography, the Pixel 11 Pro introduces a new 50MP (f/1.68) primary camera with a 1.1/3” sensor, along with an enhanced 48MP (f/2.8) 5x telephoto camera that possesses a larger 1/1.95” sensor. The telephoto lens captures 30% more light, supports portrait mode at 5x zoom, and reaches up to 120x with cloud processing. Google’s Night Sight mode has also become up to 4.5 times faster, and 8K video recording at 30 fps has been included.
Battery capacity has decreased this year, with the Pro model featuring around 4,850 mAh, while the Pro XL has 5,115 mAh. However, charging speeds have improved, allowing the Pro XL to provide 15 hours of battery life from just a 15-minute wired charge. Both devices also support 25
