      Sony’s ultra-fast OLED gaming monitor has finally become available in stores. A few months after introducing the INZONE M10S II, the company has started shipping this esports-focused monitor to key global markets. Buyers in the US can acquire it for $1,099.99, while it is priced at £1,199 in the UK and €1,349 for customers in supported Eurozone areas.

      It features a QHD Tandem WOLED panel with a native refresh rate of 540Hz. The monitor also boasts a response time of 0.02ms and incorporates Sony’s Motion Blur Reduction technology. Sony collaborated with esports organization Fnatic to develop a dedicated competitive mode that sacrifices resolution and screen size for an even higher refresh rate (via Notebookcheck).

      The 720Hz mode involves clear trade-offs.

      At its native setting, the INZONE M10S II presents a resolution of 2560 × 1440 on the full 27-inch Tandem WOLED panel at 540Hz. For most gaming scenarios, this option is likely more practical as it maintains the sharper QHD resolution while providing a refresh rate that exceeds that of typical gaming monitors.

      Players can switch to a 720Hz mode by lowering the resolution to 1280 × 720. The monitor also includes a 24.5-inch display option that aligns with the smaller screen sizes often utilized in esports tournaments. This competitive mode is designed for gamers who prioritize motion clarity and reduced perceived latency over image sharpness.

      The Asus ROG Swift OLED PG27AQWP-W also features a 27-inch QHD Tandem OLED panel, operating at a native 540Hz and 720Hz at 720p. It is priced around $1,099 and includes a glossy finish, resulting in clearer images and more vibrant colors.

      LG’s UltraGear 27GX790B-B provides a similar dual-mode Tandem OLED experience, offering 540Hz at QHD and 720Hz at 720p. It is currently priced at $699.99 and uses a matte screen that minimizes reflections and glare, albeit at the expense of slightly less vivid colors. Except for the coating, the panel technology is nearly identical to that of the Asus model but is available at a significantly lower price.
