If you're considering buying a 2026 TCL TV in the UK, the company is offering a new five-year warranty promotion, but it doesn’t come automatically. TCL has revealed a promotional warranty for certain 2026 TV models, extending its standard two-year manufacturer warranty with an additional three years provided by Opia.
To be eligible, you must buy a qualifying TCL TV from a participating retailer in the UK between July 1, 2026, and June 30, 2027. Additionally, you need to register the product via TCL’s online redemption portal within 30 days of your purchase date as indicated on your invoice or receipt.
Steps to follow:
The first two years are covered by TCL’s standard manufacturer warranty. If there is an issue with your TV during this time, you should reach out to the retailer and follow the standard warranty procedure.
The extra promotional warranty takes effect thereafter, covering the period from day 731 to day 1825 post-purchase. Once in this period, you can utilize the Track My Registration page to request repairs. TCL states that if your TV cannot be fixed, you will receive a like-for-like replacement.
It’s important to note that there are limits on claims. The promotion permits one registration per individual, four per household, or ten per business. Your proof of purchase must clearly detail the item, the retailer, the purchase date, and the price you paid.
