The Nothing Phone 4b could offer more features than you anticipate from an affordable device.

A recent leak has provided important specifications for the forthcoming Nothing Phone 4b, highlighting features such as a 5,400mAh battery and a 120Hz display.

Nothing is preparing to introduce a new budget smartphone early next month, and the company has recently given a preview of its design. While the specific specifications for the device have not yet been disclosed, a new leak sheds light on what the Phone 4b may include in terms of display, processor, battery, and storage options.

      Key specifications uncovered

According to insider Yogesh Brar, the Nothing Phone 4b will be available in three colors. Nothing has already presented the device in a blue shade, but details on the other color options are still unknown. The leak also suggests two storage variants, 128GB and 256GB, both combined with 8GB of RAM.

The device is expected to feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, identical to the one found in the Phone 4a released earlier this year. It is likely to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chip, placing the Phone 4b below the 4a duo in Nothing’s product lineup. Additionally, the phone is anticipated to include a substantial 5,400mAh battery.

      Camera information remains limited

Brar’s tweet also mentions a 50MP camera, but further specifics about the sensor, aperture, or a secondary camera have yet to emerge. Nothing has not corroborated any of these specifications. More information is expected ahead of the reveal scheduled for July 7.

The Phone 4b’s design was confirmed earlier this week, showcasing a build that combines the unibody design of the Phone 4a Pro with the Glyph Bar from the standard Phone 4a. The company has also stated that the device will feature a soft, skin-friendly finish and improved durability.

If the leak is accurate, it indicates that Nothing is positioning the Phone 4b as a strong mid-range option while still including attractive features, such as a large battery and a high refresh rate display. If priced appropriately, the device could be one of the most appealing budget offerings this year.
