Following the successful run of Spider-Noir, Prime Video is set to bring Gotham's dark nightmare back to the screen. The streamer just released the first trailer for Batman: Caped Crusader Season 2, which confirms the presence of Edward Nygma’s Riddler, along with a sneak peek of The Joker.
All ten new episodes of Batman: Caped Crusader will launch together on July 31, providing fans with a complete season to binge as Gotham's war escalates.

The trailer prominently features Riddler, showcasing Edward Nygma with a noir-inspired menace suitable for the show's 1940s ambiance. It holds its most significant reveal until the end, where viewers catch a quick glimpse of The Joker, signaling his important role this season. The series centers around a young Bruce Wayne, voiced by Hamish Linklater, during his early and gritty crime-fighting years in Gotham.
Returning cast members include Jamie Chung as Harley Quinn, Jason Watkins as Alfred, Eric Morgan Stuart as Commissioner Gordon, Krystal Joy Brown as Barbara Gordon, and Michelle C. Bonilla as Renee Montoya. Prime Video has not disclosed the voice actors for new characters like Carrie Kelley, Roxy Rocket, or The Joker himself, leaving it under wraps for now.
