These new Alogic displays essentially serve as an alternative to a touchscreen Mac.
Apple has yet to launch a touchscreen Mac, but macOS 27 Golden Gate indicates that the company is at least preparing its desktop software for more touch-oriented interactions. While we wait for this to transform into actual Mac hardware, Alogic is attempting to bridge the gap with a new range of external displays that provide touch and stylus capabilities for both macOS and Windows setups.
The company introduced these products at InfoComm 2026 in Las Vegas, including the Fokus wall-mounted touchscreens, the Aspekt Touch 27-inch monitor, Folio portable displays, and the Active Stylus. While Windows users have had numerous touchscreen monitor options for years, Mac users typically require additional software to achieve similar functionality with an external monitor. Alogic claims its software enables users to interact with the interface, annotate content, draw, and use a stylus on compatible screens.
Do you want a touchscreen Mac before Apple produces one?
That’s the central concept behind Alogic’s latest products. The Fokus models are the largest of the lineup, tailored for meeting rooms, classrooms, and collaborative workspaces where people may want to present, annotate, or sketch directly on a large display. They are available in 43-inch, 55-inch, and 65-inch sizes, all equipped with 4K panels and supporting multitouch input.
Aspekt 27″ 4K Touch Monitor (Upscaled) Alogic
For users seeking something for a desk instead of a wall, the Aspekt Touch 27-inch is likely the more suitable choice. It is a smaller variant of Alogic’s existing 32-inch touch monitor and is closer in size to Apple’s Studio Display. This monitor features a 4K panel, 600 nits of brightness, 100% sRGB coverage, USB-C docking, HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort 1.4, Ethernet, and 90W charging. It will be available in Silver and Space Black, with stand options including Raise, Fold, and Omni.

The Folio range caters to users who require additional screen space away from a fixed desk. The standard Folio offers one 16-inch QHD touch panel, while the Folio Duo includes a second screen and can be arranged in either a vertical stack or a broader dual-screen configuration. This setup may be particularly beneficial for MacBook users who travel but prefer a multi-screen environment.
What are the prices for Alogic’s new Mac touch displays?
These products are clearly not aimed at casual consumers. The prices for the Fokus 43-inch, 55-inch, and 65-inch models are $2,799, $3,299, and $3,999, respectively. The Aspekt Touch 27-inch starts at $1,799.
The Folio is priced at $899, while the Folio Duo costs $1,299. Alogic’s Active Stylus with wireless charging is available for $149, and the Iris 2 4K autofocus webcam is priced at $199. The Aspekt Touch 27-inch and Active Stylus are set to launch in July 2026, while the Fokus, Folio, and Iris 2 are anticipated by September.
