These new Alogic displays effectively serve as a touchscreen solution for Mac users.
Apple has yet to introduce a touchscreen Mac, but macOS 27 Golden Gate indicates the company is at least gearing its desktop software for more touch-friendly use. In the meantime, Alogic is stepping in with a new range of external displays that offer touch and stylus functionality for macOS and Windows setups.
These products were launched at InfoComm 2026 in Las Vegas and include the Fokus wall-mounted touchscreens, the Aspekt Touch 27-inch monitor, the Folio portable displays, and the Active Stylus. While Windows users have enjoyed a variety of touchscreen monitor choices for years, Mac users typically require additional software to achieve similar functionality with an external display. Alogic claims its software enables users to interact with the interface, annotate content, draw, and utilize a stylus on compatible screens.
Looking for a touchscreen Mac before Apple releases one?
This is the core concept behind Alogic’s new product line. The Fokus models are the largest offerings and are intended for meeting rooms, classrooms, and collaborative workspaces where users may wish to present, annotate, or sketch directly on an expansive screen. They are available in 43-inch, 55-inch, and 65-inch sizes, all featuring 4K panels and support for multitouch input.
For those needing a display for a desk rather than a wall, the Aspekt Touch 27-inch is a more practical choice. It is a smaller variant of Alogic's 32-inch touch monitor and is more comparable in size to Apple’s Studio Display. It boasts a 4K panel, 600 nits brightness, 100% sRGB coverage, USB-C docking, HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort 1.4, Ethernet, and 90W charging. It will be offered in Silver and Space Black, along with Raise, Fold, and Omni stand options.
The Folio series is tailored for users requiring additional screen space outside a fixed location. The standard Folio provides a single 16-inch QHD touch panel, while the Folio Duo includes a second screen that can be arranged in either a vertical stack or a broader dual-screen format. This feature could be particularly beneficial for MacBook users who travel but still desire a multi-screen configuration.
What will be the pricing for Alogic’s new Mac touch displays?
These products are clearly not aimed at casual consumers. The pricing for the Fokus models is $2,799 for the 43-inch, $3,299 for the 55-inch, and $3,999 for the 65-inch. The Aspekt Touch 27-inch starts at $1,799.
The Folio is priced at $899, while the Folio Duo costs $1,299. Alogic’s Active Stylus with wireless charging is available for $149, and the Iris 2 4K autofocus webcam costs $199. The Aspekt Touch 27-inch and Active Stylus are set to be available in July 2026, while the Fokus, Folio, and Iris 2 are anticipated by September.
