The most recent leak of the iPhone Ultra reveals almost everything and features an eagerly anticipated iOS capability.
Jon Prosser, the leaker whom Apple is currently suing for allegedly disclosing iOS 26 trade secrets, has shared another video on his YouTube channel, Front Page Tech, showcasing what he claims could be the final design of the rumored iPhone Ultra.
In addition to presenting slightly altered renders compared to his previous video, Prosser cites developer code from iOS 27 to support his assertions, particularly concerning the iPhone Ultra's existence and a new feature that iOS users have long been asking for.

So, what does this latest leak of the iPhone Ultra reveal?
The renders depict a book-style foldable that Prosser refers to as a “chunky iPhone” when closed and an “iPad” when opened, a concept that has been in discussion for some time. When unfolded, the device could measure merely 4.5 mm, making it slimmer than the iPhone Air, which is 5.6 mm thick.
The titanium construction is paired with what the host describes as an “over-engineered hinge” designed to create a near-creaseless display. Apple has reportedly been working on this technology for quite a while and has encountered several challenges.

According to the video, the alleged iPhone Ultra may be available in two colors: white and black (or a dark gray option). Many of these details are not entirely new and have been reported by various sources.
However, a few minor details that received little attention in the video caught my eye.

What’s changed since the December leak?
Front Page Tech had previously released a similar video in December 2025, referring to the foldable device as the “iPhone Fold” rather than the iPhone Ultra. By comparing the two videos, I've noticed several differences.
In the earlier video, the power button (with integrated Touch ID) was located at the top of the device, directly above the camera bar (display facing you), but the new renders show volume buttons in that same spot instead. There’s also a speaker grille on the upper frame.

The power button has now been moved to the right frame, where it is typically found on an iPhone, but now positioned on the lower half of the foldable. This deviates from the standard iPad button layout that users are familiar with, which may require some adjustment.
Notably, the compact camera visor is a significant change. Instead of spanning the entire width of the back panel, it now only surrounds the dual rear-facing camera module, raising the sensors above an otherwise flat surface for a more streamlined appearance.

What about the new iOS feature?
Prosser asserts that the iPhone Ultra will introduce split-screen multitasking to iOS, although this feature is expected to be limited to the foldable device alone. Consequently, your current iPhone may not receive this update, even if it supports iOS 27.
Apple seems to be making preparations in the iOS 27 code, with terms such as “fold state” and “angle degrees” appearing in the developer beta.
Following WWDC 2026, Apple also advised developers to get ready for a variety of screen sizes and aspect ratios. If Prosser's claims hold true, the iPhone Ultra could be the first iPhone capable of running two apps side by side.

Other assertions regarding the device, including the A20 chip, the C2 modem with satellite-supported 5G connectivity, and a price exceeding $2,000, remain consistent. It remains uncertain whether the iPhone Ultra will feature Touch ID and a Camera Control button, but a launch in September 2026 alongside the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max appears likely.
