HP and Ferrari created a stunning red laptop, and I can't take my eyes off it.

HP has teamed up with Ferrari to create a special edition laptop that incorporates the car manufacturer's racing heritage. This collaboration has led to the HP Limited Edition Scuderia Ferrari AI PC, which features a vibrant red exterior typical of Ferrari. Upon opening the laptop, you'll find a glass lid with over 2,000 micro-holes designed for airflow, a concept inspired by the exposed engine bays found in Ferrari vehicles.

      What does this laptop offer?

Many other design aspects are inspired by Ferrari's luxurious sports cars. For instance, there is a light bar located above the haptic trackpad, and the keyboard backlight features a red hue reminiscent of Ferrari's control panels. The laptop's underside includes a glass window atop a carbon fiber-inspired cover, allowing a glimpse of the internal components, such as the two fans and heat sinks.

This laptop is not intended for mass production; in fact, HP will produce only 4,999 units of the HP Limited Edition Scuderia Ferrari AI PC, with each unit featuring a unique identifier number on the back. In terms of specifications, it boasts a 14-inch 3K tandem OLED display with touch support, a 120 Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 700 nits. It is powered by Intel’s Core Ultra X7 processor alongside an ample 64 GB of RAM. This is a Copilot+ PC capable of delivering 180 TOPS of AI performance, complete with a dedicated Copilot key.

This isn’t the first collaboration between an automotive brand and the PC industry to create special edition laptops. Ferrari previously partnered with Acer in 2009 for the Ferrari One laptop. Similar collaborations have also occurred between Asus and Lamborghini, as well as MSI and Mercedes-AMG for one of its Stealth 16 laptops.

      What else?

      HP

The laptop offers a good variety of ports—totaling four—which include an HDMI 2.1 port, two Thunderbolt ports on the left edge, a USB-C port with DisplayPort 1.4 output, a USB-A port, a 3.5 mm headphone/audio combo jack, and a Kensington security lock. This is truly a unique opportunity.

      HP

HP emphasizes that this is a limited production laptop, and once it's sold out, it will not be available again. Regarding availability, the HP Limited Edition Scuderia Ferrari AI PC will be sold in only nine countries, including the U.S., UK, Australia, Japan, and several European countries. It will only be available for purchase through HP’s online store, not in physical retail locations.

      HP

The pricing for the HP Limited Edition Scuderia Ferrari AI PC is set at $5,599, with sales starting on June 12th in the U.S. While this price is quite high given the specifications, buyers will receive several exclusive items, including a Poltrona Frau leather sleeve used in Ferrari sports cars and custom wallpapers.
