Motorola's latest Razr series has sparked a competition among carriers in the US with their promotional offers.
T-Mobile is offering the Razr Fold for free, while Verizon is including Moto freebies.
Motorola's latest smartphones are being promoted with attractive carrier deals. The company is launching promotions on two major US carriers for both the newest foldable devices and budget options, though their strategies vary. T-Mobile is heavily focused on the debut of the Motorola Razr Fold, whereas Verizon is making the standard Motorola Razr 2026 and Moto G 2026 more accessible for customers seeking lower-priced options.
T-Mobile presents its most eye-catching Razr deal
The Motorola Razr, Razr+, and Razr Fold will all be available on the T-Mobile network. The flip-style and notebook-style foldables will be released on May 28, 2026, while the Razr+ is expected to arrive in the upcoming months. The standout offer is undoubtedly the Razr Fold. New and existing T-Mobile customers can acquire the “Motorola Razr Fold on Us” or receive up to $1,700 off eligible Motorola devices when they switch or add a line without a trade-in on Experience Beyond or Go5G Next.
Additionally, the regular Motorola Razr qualifies for an “on Us” promotion, providing up to $800 off eligible Motorola devices under the Experience More, Experience Beyond, Go5G Plus, or Go5G Next plans. These offers will be applied through 24 monthly bill credits.
Verizon’s offer is more straightforward
Verizon's approach to Motorola promotions is more subdued. The carrier is enabling both new and existing customers to obtain the Motorola Razr 2026 or Moto G 2026 “on Us” with a new line on myPlan, subject to terms. According to Verizon’s Motorola page, the Razr 2026 is priced at $799.99 retail and features a no-trade-in “on us” deal with a new line on myPlan.
The Razr 2026 is also available via Visible, Verizon’s digital-first wireless brand. Alongside the device offer, the company is providing a three-year price guarantee on base monthly rates for myPlan and myHome network plans.

Spotify's Reserved feature offers top Premium fans early access to concert tickets for their most played artists.
Obtaining concert tickets has often felt like a frustrating experience. You arrive at the right moment, refresh the page repeatedly, only to leave empty-handed. Scalpers and bots often snatch up the best seats before genuine fans even get a chance. That's why Spotify has introduced Reserved, a new feature that reserves two concert tickets for an artist's most dedicated fans ahead of the general public sale.
The Motorola Razr Fold has reintroduced me to using a phone stylus, and I've realized how much I missed it.
The Motorola Razr Fold paired with the stylus is surprisingly enjoyable. Initially, I thought phone styluses were meant for a specific group of users—those who prefer traditional note-taking, artists who benefit from it, or loyal Galaxy Ultra users. However, for most people, a stylus doesn't significantly improve the experience. So when I began using the Motorola Razr Fold with the Moto Pen Ultra, I didn’t expect it to alter my perspective. A stylus on a foldable seems ideal on paper because it offers more screen area. However, phone styluses often sound better in theory than in practice. The Moto Pen Ultra impressed me because Motorola did not treat it merely as a small writing instrument. Instead, it functions more like a remote, a shortcut tool, a sketch pad, and much more, all within one accessory.
