Edge 70 Pro: Sleek Design with No Battery Worries
Motorola has recently introduced an impressive mid-range smartphone. The Edge 70 Pro features a slim, premium design while accommodating an immense 6,500mAh battery. In a market where sleek devices often compromise on battery life, the Edge 70 Pro offers both styles without forcing a choice between aesthetics and endurance.
What makes this phone stand out?
Motorola
Similar to the Motorola Edge 70, the standout feature here is its slender design, which does not sacrifice any essential specifications. The Edge 70 Pro is just 6.99mm thick and incorporates a large 6,500mAh battery without the bulk. Motorola has also focused on appealing design finishes, available in Pantone Lily White with a marble effect, Pantone Tea with a luxurious satin finish, and Pantone Titan with a fabric-like texture.
The phone sports a tall 6.8-inch 1.5K AMOLED display boasting a 144Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of up to 5,200 nits. Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Extreme chip, this device promises five years of security updates. In addition to these features, Motorola has included 90W fast charging, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, Wi-Fi 6E, NFC, IP68 and IP69 protection, and MIL-STD-810H durability.
For photography, the rear features a 50MP Sony LYT710 main camera paired with a 50MP ultra-wide lens, a multispectral sensor, and a 50MP selfie camera equipped with autofocus. In India, the Edge 70 Pro is priced starting at around $420.
Will it launch globally?
Currently, the Edge 70 Pro has only been officially released in India. However, Motorola is anticipated to expand its availability to Europe, aligning with the company's typical rollout strategy for the Edge series. As there has been no formal announcement regarding the broader launch, this remains a likely expectation rather than a confirmed fact. Recently, leaked images of the Motorola Edge 70 Pro+ emerged online, which could represent a higher-end version potentially revealed alongside the Edge 70 Pro in Europe.

Nothing Warp Makes a Comeback, But With Some Limitations
Nothing Warp has resurfaced, but with a catch. The company has reintroduced its AirDrop-like file sharing feature after temporarily removing both its Android app and Chrome extension shortly after launch.
The tool was taken down for adjustments based on early user feedback and technical assessments, as per the company's announcement. Nothing assured users that this was not due to security or privacy issues, clarifying that Warp is built on Google’s infrastructure and does not manage user data itself.
