Primarily recognized for its gaming peripherals, Razer has recently taken a significant step into the productivity market with the introduction of a wireless split keyboard that features AI shortcuts, a Command Dial, and all-day ergonomic comfort.

Razer has always been a gaming-focused brand, so it’s notable when they cautiously enter the productivity sector with their first split ergonomic keyboard. Meet the Razer Pro Type Ergo, which includes a dedicated AI button (similar to the recently released Windows Copilot PCs).

What sets the Pro Type Ergo apart?

At its essence, the Razer Pro Type Ergo is a wireless split keyboard designed for those whose profession involves extensive typing (like me) and whose wrists have suffered as a result. The layout physically separates the conventional QWERTY format into two sections, each slightly tilted so your hands are positioned at a more natural angle.

In addition to this ergonomic wrist angle, the keyboard features several comfort-centric enhancements, such as a cushioned wrist rest, five adjustable tilt settings (ranging from 4° forward to 7° at the back), and ultra-low-profile keycaps.

In contrast to standard keyboards, this ergonomic split model includes two ‘B’ keys, one on each side, making them easily accessible with either thumb.

What is the AI button's function?

As noted earlier, the Pro Type Ergo is equipped with a specific AI button that, like the Copilot key on Windows laptops, activates shortcuts for summarizing text, drafting emails, or executing custom actions (through Razer Synapse). Razer refers to this feature as AI Prompt Master.

There are two command dials positioned at the top left and right of the keyboard, enhancing the experience of scrolling, zooming, and navigating timelines. Moreover, it includes five macro keys and a mic-mute button for added functionality.

The keyboard supports multiple connectivity options: HyperSpeed Wireless, Bluetooth, and wired USB-C, accommodating up to five devices. What about battery life? Razer claims the keyboard can last for three months on a single charge, which is quite impressive in my opinion.

Pricing begins at $189.99 in the U.S., which, considering its features and comfort, makes it a tempting purchase you might consider treating yourself to every so often.

Google’s Find Hub website can now track more devices, even without your phone.

Google's Find Hub website has received a significant update, now supporting tracking of tags and headphones, complete with a Material 3 design overhaul and adding remote device controls accessible without needing to touch your phone.

Google has been steadily enhancing Find Hub, and the newest update is quite impactful. Initially, only phones, tablets, and Wear OS watches could be tracked via the Find Hub website. Now, you can also locate tags and compatible headphones (like the Pixel Buds Pro 2).

In summary, you can now find your misplaced earbuds from your laptop without needing to use your Android smartphone.

Apple finally teaches Siri to manage multiple tasks.

Siri will soon be able to handle multi-step commands.

Reports indicate that Apple is finally introducing a feature to Siri that users have been requesting for ages: the capability to perform multiple commands concurrently. In iOS 27, you might finally be able to instruct, “Set a reminder, text my friend, and check the weather,” without Siri becoming confused after the first request, according to Mark Gurman of Bloomberg.

      Revolutionary? Not quite. Necessary? Definitely.

Proton has launched a privacy-focused alternative to Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.

The Swiss privacy firm behind Proton Mail has developed the office suite that major tech companies never wanted you to have, which is fully encrypted, compliant, and competitively priced.

For years, Google and Microsoft have dominated the workplace productivity landscape, but they have built their empires on user data, and Proton is no longer content to observe from the sidelines. On March 31, 2026, Proton officially introduced its workspace alternative, named Proton Workspace (they couldn’t have been more straightforward).

According to the company, Proton Workspace is a fully integrated productivity suite created to provide businesses with a genuine, encryption-first option compared to offerings from large tech firms.
