The Ember Artline TV from Amazon is set to launch later this spring with a starting price of $899.

The competition for Samsung’s The Frame is intensifying as more manufacturers enter the art-themed TV market. Recently, LG introduced its own alternative called the Gallery TV, and now Amazon is contributing with the Ember Artline TV.

The Amazon Ember Artline features a 4K QLED display with a matte finish, elegant interchangeable bezels, and a slim 1.5-inch profile. It is crafted to resemble an art piece hanging on your wall and includes helpful art-related software functionalities.

According to Amazon, this TV offers over 2,000 free art pieces and seamlessly integrates with Amazon Photos, allowing users to showcase their personal photos when the TV is off. The Ember Artline is also equipped with far-field microphones for interacting with Alexa and utilizes Amazon’s Omnisense technology, which automatically activates or deactivates the Ambient Experience based on room occupancy.

To assist users in selecting art to display, Amazon has implemented an AI-driven feature that can analyze up to four photos of a room and provide tailored recommendations that align with the existing decor. Additionally, the bezels are customizable with 10 different finishes, enabling the TV to fit seamlessly into any environment.

The Ember Artline will be available for purchase later this spring.

In addition to its art-centric features, the Ember Artline supports Dolby Vision and HDR10+, and includes Wi-Fi 6 connectivity. It will also showcase the newly updated Fire TV software, which promises faster navigation and improved performance by up to 30% compared to the previous version.

Amazon has confirmed that the Ember Artline TV will be released in the US, the UK, Canada, and Germany later this spring, with the 55-inch model starting at $899. The TV will be offered in various screen sizes, reaching up to 65 inches.

LG is developing its next premium OLED TV, which may outperform Mini-LED in peak brightness.

The upcoming LG G6 OLED, featuring a new Hyper Radiant panel, promises significant brightness improvements alongside large screen dimensions and a return to LG's Wallpaper TV concept, positioning it as one of the brand's most ambitious OLED initiatives in years.

The LG Electronics team is working on the G6 Evo AI OLED TV, which utilizes a new RGB Tandem WOLED technology. This model will incorporate a "Hyper Radiant OLED" panel equipped with "Brightness Booster Ultra," offering brightness levels up to 3.9 times greater than standard OLED TVs.

The LG C5 OLED has been reviewed and is highlighted for its stunning design and excellent image quality, especially for cinematic and darkroom viewing experiences. It typically comes at more competitive prices compared to other OLED options and features a straightforward design with integrated inputs. While it may not be as bright or economical as Mini-LED displays, which are becoming increasingly popular, the C5 still holds its own during a competitive television market year.

Samsung has introduced its Freestyle+ projector that promises a brighter viewing experience for movie nights, plus an array of new AI features.

Initially launched at CES in 2022, the original compact projector, the Freestyle, saw a minor refresh a year later. The updated model added several features, notably the capability to pair two projectors for an ultra-wide display. As we near CES 2026, Samsung has teased the upcoming Freestyle+, which appears similar on the exterior but brings the most significant improvements to the lineup yet. According to Samsung, the Freestyle+ will feature "smarter AI capabilities, enhanced brightness, and expanded entertainment options."
