      Currently, there are rumors suggesting that a reveal for Hogwarts Legacy 2 might be imminent. However, this leak appears to be more optimistic than factual.

      What does the rumor indicate?

      Hogwarts Legacy 2 might be showcased during Sony’s next State of Play event. This has been interpreted as a hint towards a reveal instead of a release date, which is a significant difference. At present, there is no official release timeline for the sequel, and Warner Bros. Games has yet to announce a trailer, list of platforms, or other critical details. The timing is also intriguing, as Sony recently announced that its next State of Play will occur on June 2, featuring over 60 minutes of updates, announcements, and gameplay reveals from various worldwide studios.

      One of the much-anticipated reveals is expected to be Marvel’s Wolverine, which is the only major title confirmed thus far. This leaves a wide opportunity for numerous unannounced big-ticket games. While this is exciting news for fans of the Harry Potter franchise and the first game, it’s important to note that there aren't many details available at the moment. So, the leak may be more speculative than substantial. Nevertheless, it doesn't mean we shouldn't be hopeful for Hogwarts Legacy 2.
