Ugreen, an electronic accessory brand, has launched a new Air series of charging solutions tailored for Apple users. The latest products include the Nexode Air 65W and Nexode Air 45W wall chargers, along with the MagFlow Air magnetic power bank. As suggested by the name, these are portable alternatives to standard bulky chargers that consume valuable space in your office or travel bag.
How portable is Ugreen’s new 65W charger?
The Nexode Air 65W GaN charger is designed for easy portability, featuring a folding plug, a included 100W USB-C cable, and a compact design that weighs approximately 2.5 ounces (72 grams). Its small size makes it easy to carry in a backpack, travel pouch, or even a pocket, yet it provides enough power to charge a MacBook Air.
According to Ugreen, this charger can power a MacBook Air to 55% or an iPhone 17 Pro Max to 68% in just 30 minutes. It also complies with PD, PPS, and QC fast-charging standards, making it beneficial for various USB-C devices beyond Apple's range.
Is the 45W charger more suitable for daily carry?
If the Nexode Air 65W feels too bulky for your preference, Ugreen has also introduced the 45W model, which is slimmer at only 0.57 inches (1.45cm) thick. This version is better suited for everyday use, particularly for recharging an iPhone, iPad, AirPods, or for topping up a MacBook Neo. It can charge an iPhone 17 to 70% in just 30 minutes.
What features does the MagFlow Air power bank provide?
The MagFlow Air magnetic power bank serves as a portable charging solution for times when you are away from a wall outlet. It includes a 10,000mAh battery, a built-in USB-C cable that doubles as a carry strap, and an additional USB-C port for wired charging. It supports Qi2-certified 15W wireless charging, featuring magnetic alignment to securely attach compatible iPhones. For faster wired charging, the USB-C cable allows for up to 30W input and output, and the power bank can charge up to three devices simultaneously.
