Dell has revamped its commercial PC selection with four new Pro notebooks: Pro Premium, Pro 7, Pro 5, and Pro 3. These models are thinner and lighter than their predecessors, equipped with Intel and AMD processors, and have replaced the old Latitude branding with a more streamlined, numerical naming convention.
Which laptop is the right fit for you?
The Dell Pro Premium is designed for executives. It is up to 7% thinner, the lightest in the range, and features a stylish magnesium alloy chassis with a dark gray finish. This notebook offers an optional tandem OLED display and is equipped with an 8MP HDR camera for video calls, ensuring you don’t appear as if you’re broadcasting from a basement.
The Dell Pro 7 caters to users looking for a compact all-in-one solution. It is up to 18% thinner than its predecessor and claims the title of the thinnest commercial 13- and 14-inch laptop and 2-in-1 in its category. Its edge-to-edge Gorilla Glass touchscreen can reach up to 500 nits of brightness, and higher configurations can include OLED displays, 8MP cameras, and a mini-LED backlit keyboard.
The Dell Pro 5 may attract a broad audience
The Dell Pro 5 offers the most scalable performance among the laptops. Available in 14- and 16-inch sizes, it is up to 12% slimmer than last year's model and up to 21% slimmer than competing options. It includes a 70Wh battery and has an optional OLED display, making it a practical choice for work.
The Pro 3 model weighs in at just 2.89 pounds, featuring a scratch-resistant metallic finish, Wi-Fi 7 capability, and reliable battery life. The latest models operate on Intel Core Ultra Series 3 or AMD Ryzen AI 400 processors with Copilot+ PC support.
