HONOR sells an invisible case and a "reliable dumpling".

The company suddenly became concerned with the aesthetics of its smartphones. But it did it in its own style — it released the "Invisible Case." Yes, you heard that right. It's a case that, essentially, doesn't exist.

The designers decided not to hide the terracotta, graphite, or mint body of the HONOR X9d under a layer of silicone, because the smartphone itself will survive a fall from the third floor, an encounter with boiling water, and even a high-pressure water jet. Instead of a case, the engineers offered a set of 3D stickers. It's like an ornament for your indestructible friend — both stylish and practical.

The "Invisible Case" is a direct answer to the slogan "Indestructible. Tested by Russia." And what could be more tested by Russia than a design inspired by familiar, homegrown objects? The creators suggest sticking a "Reliable Dumpling," an "Indestructible Can of Sprats," or, for example, "Hardcore Valenki" on the phone's back panel. Apparently, just in case anyone doubts the toughness of your gadget. And for full immersion in the atmosphere there's even a PO-2 concrete fence with graffiti. Romance! Image: HONOR Press Service

The case is scared, but the smartphone isn't

Let's recall that HONOR X9d didn't get its nickname for nothing. It calmly survives drops from a height of 2.5 meters, dives into liquids, and endures hot steam. With that kind of durability, the only thing the owner will have to worry about is the fate of the poor case, which certainly won't withstand such tests. The stickers, however, are unfazed. In addition, the smartphone works in heat and cold, and its 8300 mAh battery lets you forget about an outlet for about three days. In short, you won't have energy problems, but choosing between the dumpling and the sprats — that's another story.

You can buy this armored beast among smartphones in stores, but the "Invisible Case" is an exclusive item. It awaits its heroes only at three offline Moscow locations: at the Oceania shopping center, the Aviapark shopping center, and at 15 Tverskaya Street. So if you want to make your indestructible smartphone truly soulful, that's where you should go.
