The solution integrates with the IVA ecosystem and supports all Russian operating systems, offering a full set of features — from encryption and 2FA to migration tools for Microsoft Exchange.

IVA Technologies announced the release of a new product — the IVA Mail email and calendar system. The solution is intended for organizing corporate email and workflow planning with regard to security requirements and cost management.

The development has become part of the IVA technology ecosystem and is closely integrated with the company’s other products, including the IVA One platform, designed for business communications and employee collaboration.

The product can be used as a standalone email and calendar system or integrated into the IVA One platform, unifying all the company’s communication services — from video conferencing and chats to collaborative file work — in a single application.

Development is carried out entirely in Russia. The server component is built on a monolithic architecture with multithreading support.

Native email and calendar clients are provided for Windows, Linux, Android and iOS, delivering full functionality across devices. The system is compatible with Russian operating systems and has an API for integration with other enterprise solutions.

The system implements encryption mechanisms, built-in spam and malware filters, support for two-factor authentication, and a role-based access control model.

The product includes tools for migrating from other mail systems, including Microsoft Exchange, with the possibility of phased migration and parallel operation of multiple systems.

IVA Mail is registered with Rospatent as a computer program and included in the Unified Register of Russian Computer Programs and Databases.

In 2025, support for Kerberos, ActiveSync, distributed clustering, enhanced archiving mechanisms, as well as scheduling tools and expanded security features are planned to be added.
