Tochka Bank launches an AI assistant that promises to simplify life for entrepreneurs.
Tochka Bank has launched an AI Assistant for entrepreneurs in its media outlet "Spravochnaya". The new tool answers questions about business, taxation and legislation in chat, offering explanations and links to useful materials. The service is free and operates without restrictions.
Tochka Bank has launched a new digital service for entrepreneurs — an AI Assistant that helps them navigate business issues, the bank told IT-World. The tool is operating in test mode.
The intelligent system is embedded directly into "Spravochnaya" — the bank’s publication for business owners. The Assistant is focused on topics in the legal and business spheres: from taxes and legislation to organizational management questions. To resolve a specific problem, it is enough to ask a question in the dialogue — the bot will provide a detailed explanation and, if necessary, offer a link to useful publications. The neural network uses materials from "Spravochnaya" and the bank’s own services.
The service is implemented as a widget on the website.
The Assistant remembers the context of the conversation for half an hour and saves the chat history. At the same time, the tool is available without limits on the number of requests and is completely free.
According to "Spravochnaya" publisher Igor Romanov, the AI Assistant will eventually evolve into a full-fledged intelligent assistant for business.
Developers plan for the Assistant to take on some of entrepreneurs’ routine tasks: it will be able to draft business plans, prepare financial models, select optimal tax regimes, and also generate templates for contracts and other business documents.
Recall that in June Sber introduced the Giga-assistant, developed on the basis of its own neural network model GigaChat. It is intended for small business clients.
