Aqara has released a new hub and temperature sensor

Through its Russian partner SoftMaster, Aqara has introduced two new smart home gadgets, the M100 hub and the W100 temperature sensor. Both devices support Matter, which means they will be friends with Apple Home, Google Home and other popular systems.

The M100 is a small but powerful command center

This hub is not just a box with an antenna, but a real diplomat in the world of smart devices. It can work on the new generation Zigbee, Thread and Wi-Fi 6 protocols, combining up to 100 devices in one system. Do you want to control the light bulbs via Sber or turn on the kettle by voice via Google? Now it's real.

The M100 works even without the Internet, and if the provider decides to arrange a day off, your smart home will not break down.

It can run security scenarios, such as turning on the siren and camera if someone opens the door.

It will help to adjust the lighting according to your mood — in the evening the light will become warmer, and at night it will turn on only where you walk.

Thread Border Router — stable operation with Thread devices

       Wi-Fi 6 (2.4GHz) — Fast detection and reliable connection

Supports up to 100 devices (Zigbee/Thread)

MagicPair — instant pairing without complicated settings

Compact design and USB-A power supply — can be connected to a router.

The W100 is a sensor that monitors the climate (and your plants)

This is not just a thermometer, but a real nerd who is always unhappy with the temperature in the room. But it has a display, so you can just go over and make sure that you don't think it's really too hot in the apartment.

       Where is the W100 useful?

By the bed — so that the air conditioner does not blow cold while you sleep.

In the bathroom, it will warn you if humidity starts turning your apartment into the tropics.

Near the plants, it will remind you that the ficus is thirsty again.

       - In a country house, it will inform you if the pipes are about to freeze or there is a burning smell somewhere.

Built—in display - data is always at hand

Matter, Zigbee, and Thread support — compatible with popular ecosystems

Up to 2 years of autonomy (a low battery notification is sent to the smartphone)

3 installation options — on a table, wall or magnet.

If you combine the M100 and W100, you get the perfect pair, as the hub will process data from the sensor and automatically adjust the climate, light and security, and your home will be able to take care of itself (and you) almost without your participation.
