The latest video for Andor season 2 hints at a significant event in the Star Wars saga.
**Andor Season 2 | Sneak Peek | Streaming April 22 on Disney+**
The path toward rebellion becomes more intense in Andor season 2. Disney has unveiled a sneak peek at the upcoming season, offering behind-the-scenes insights and interviews with the cast and crew. A particularly significant moment shows a scene from Ghorman, highlighting a gathering of protesters united in their chants against the Imperial forces.
In the Star Wars lore, Ghorman is known for the Ghorman Massacre, where in 2 BBY, Imperial troops opened fire on a group of peaceful demonstrators, resulting in a tragic loss of life. This heartbreaking incident prompts Senator Mon Mothma of Chandrila to resign from the Senate and denounce Emperor Sheev Palpatine, making her resignation and ensuing speech an inspiring call for freedom and a key moment for the Rebel Alliance.
Andor season 2 will follow Cassian Andor (Diego Luna), the ex-thief who evolves into a crucial leader within the Rebel Alliance. Meanwhile, the Galactic Empire is progressing with the construction of the Death Star as it approaches completion. “These 12 episodes will take us over the next four years leading into Rogue One,” says Andor creator Tony Gilroy in the sneak peek. “The show's complexity and possibilities have to be fully embraced.”
In addition to Luna, Andor season 2 features Stellan Skarsgård, Genevieve O’Reilly, Denise Gough, Kyle Soller, Adria Arjona, Faye Marsay, Varada Sethu, Elizabeth Dulau, Alan Tudyk, Ben Mendelsohn, and Forest Whitaker. Andor stands as the most critically praised Star Wars series, with season 1 earning three Emmy nominations, including Outstanding Drama Series. The second season of Andor will be released in four chapters, each consisting of three episodes. The first chapter will be available for streaming on April 22, 2025, on Disney+.

They departed the project in March 2023, after which Peaky Blinders creator Steven Knight was brought on board. Knight exited the project in October 2024, but prior to that, he discussed his experiences with The Telegraph regarding the film and his role within the expansive Star Wars universe.

**Paradise Season 2 Confirmed at Hulu; Season 1 to Air on ABC**
More episodes of Paradise are on the way to Hulu. Dan Fogelman’s mystery thriller has been renewed for a second season. Sterling K. Brown stars as Xavier Collins, a Secret Service agent for President Cal Bradford (James Marsden). Following Bradford’s murder, Xavier becomes the main suspect since he was the last seen with the president. The murder sends shockwaves through the “peaceful community home to some of the world’s leading figures.” Accused of the crime, Xavier must strive to prove his innocence and safeguard his family from malevolent forces. The cast also includes Julianne Nicholson, Sarah Shahi, Nicole Brydon Bloom, Aliyah Mastin, and Percy Daggs IV.
This marks a reunion between Fogelman and Brown, who previously collaborated on NBC's award-winning drama This Is Us. In 2017, Brown made history as the first African American actor since Andre Braugher in 1998 to win an Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series. Both Brown and Fogelman serve as executive producers on Paradise, alongside John Requa, Glenn Ficarra, John Hoberg, Jess Rosenthal, and Steve Beers.
