The Vivo X200 Ultra may be released with a significantly enhanced camera sensor.

      When Vivo debuted the x200 series last year, it hinted at the future release of an Ultra model, indicating it wouldn't arrive until 2025. Although the exact launch date remains unclear, we've gathered some exciting details about the flagship's camera system through a leak on Weibo. The tipster revealed several important aspects of what we might expect from this device.

      The Vivo X200 Ultra is anticipated to feature a trio of cameras: a 50MP main camera, a 200MP periscope telephoto camera, and a 50MP ultrawide camera. This setup may sound familiar since the Vivo X200 Pro includes the same main and telephoto cameras. The distinguishing feature of the X200 Ultra is its ultrawide camera sensor, which is 1/2.76 inches in size and will let in more light, making it suitable for capturing higher-resolution images in low-light situations.

      Additionally, the main camera is expected to have a default zoom of 1.5x, equating to approximately a 35mm focal length in its standard zoom mode. The ultrawide camera will have a default zoom setting of 1x rather than 0.5x or 0.6x. As with other smartphones, users will still have the option to adjust the zoom as needed.

      While the camera enhancements may not be exceptionally flashy, the larger sensor size is likely to improve low-light photography. Rumored specifications also include a 6.78-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a battery capacity of up to 6,000mAh. However, there is uncertainty regarding whether this phone will be available globally.
