      Apple's ambitions for a significant enhancement of the iPhone camera just became more complicated. We previously mentioned that Apple was investigating ways to integrate pro features inspired by Halide into the iPhone 18 Pro, even contemplating the acquisition of the app's developer, Lux Optics. However, the situation has now taken a legal turn with a lawsuit at its core.

      According to The Information, co-founder of Lux Optics, Ben Sandofsky, has initiated legal action against fellow co-founder Sebastiaan de With, who recently joined Apple’s design team.
